Succulent Italian Cream Sauce

1 pint whole milk
1 cup Coffee Mate(Italian Sweet Cream)
1 stick regular butter
1 stick sweet cream butter
2 tbl. spoons garlic
2 tbl. spoons pepper
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup tomatos

Shrimp Scampi...For you seafood lovers.

1lb. cooked pink shrimp
     (1)sauted in 1 stick of butter and 2 tbl. spoons of garlic
3/4 cup of rice boiled in water,1/2 cup canola oil ,1 tbl. spoon garlic,1tbl. spoon ground black pepper
Suate rice in 1 stick of butter and 2 tbl. spoons of garlic,once water has thoroughly soaked into the grain.
you can also put it over a bed of cheese ravioli
