It's Amore! Show love tonight with my amazing meddateranian burger.

single serving
1/4 lb. ground lamb
1 tbl. spoon garlic powder
1 tbl. ground black pepper
1 cap Worcestershire  sauce
mix meat and seasonings together then simmer in frying stove top on low-medium heat until thoroughly cooked
toast whole grain bun
top meat and bun with
2 tbs. green pepper
2 tbs. black olives
2 tbs. feta cheese.

It's an amazing Lu au ....sweet glazed breaded pork and everything

1 ham steak
3tbls butter]
3tbls maple syrup]
1 tbls garlic ]
1 tbl black pepper]
mix butter,maple syrup,garlic, and black pepper together in pot and use your stove heat to melt these ingredients together
once the glaze is properly mix,you dress the ham steak in the glaze,then you dip the ham into Italian herb bread crumbs
bake in the oven @ 350 for 25 minutes. Do not for get to turn the ham steak half way through.
also,this is a serving for one so,do not forget to multiply your ingredients with the amount of servings that you prepare .

Finally some party food! Spinach and artichoke dip!

5oz of chopped spinach
14oz chopped artichoke hearts
1/2 cup onions
2 tablespoons garlic
2 tablespoons ground black
1/2  cup milk
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup cream cheese
add all of your ingredients into your blender,mix well,then simmer on your stove top for 10-15 minutes on a higher heat until it thickens
add cheddar cheese and black olives if you want to

good and good for you!

To make any Italian dish healthier,use whole wheat whole grain noodles. Take it from the borderline diabetic chef. Whole wheat-Whole grain noodles taste just as good and will not turn into sugar in your body.

Yummy for the Tummy Tomato sauce

3 cans Tomato paste
2 table spoons butter
2 table spoons garlic powder
2 table spoons ground black pepper
1/2 cup milk
take one empty can of tomato paste  filled 3xs
pour all of your ingredients into a blender ,mix well,then simmer on the stove top for 10 minutes on medium heat
