Amazing potato cassarole

7 Russett Potatos
   1) Cut into Little Medalions
   2) Sauted in 1 stick butter,1 tbl. spoons garlic powder,2 caps of peanut oil,1 tbl. spoons black pepper
Then grease a baking sheet
Then layer baking sheet with 2 cups shredded cheddar, 1 pint riccotta cheese,2 cup cottage cheese
add sauted potatos
then a top layer of  2 cups shredded cheddar, 1 pint riccotta cheese,2 cup cottage cheese
then bake in oven @ 350 for 15 minutes

The Florida Burger

1/4 ground beef
1 tbl. spoon diced onion
1 tbl. spoon celery salt
1 tbl. spoon garlic powder
1 tbl, spoon ground black pepper
mix ingredients together ,roll into a patty,and then brown to desire
Then lay on toasted Kaiser roll add mayonnaise,2 slices of tomato, 1 slice green pepper,4 slices of a peeled Tangelo
Burger is complete when you add the Kaiser roll topper.

oven fried steak

Boneless Rib-eye steak
2 eggs wipped
  a)seasoned with 2 tbl spoons celery salt, 2 tbl. garlic powder, 2 tbl. pepper
2 cups Italian Herb Bread crumbs
  a)seasoned with 2 tbl. spoon celery salt,2 tbl. garlic powder, 2 tbl. pepper
roll the pork chop in the egg batter and then roll it again in the Italian herb mix
bake in the oven @ 350 for 20 to 30 minutes

Boneless chicken thighs(dark meat chicken is always moist)

2 eggs wipped

Tacos Night! Wooh Hooooh....going south of the border for dinner.

1 lb. ground beef

add Taco sauce
5 tbl spoons Worcestershire sauce,3 tbl. spoons chilli powder
mix together and simmer for about 5 minutes
Tacos shells soft or crunchy
add
Diced tomatoes,onions,shredded Cheddar cheese,black olives,and sweet yellow peppers

Mashed Potatoes

8 potatoes
chopped and boiled in water,peanut oil, garlic powder,ground black pepper until soft
1 stick butter
1 pint  sour cream
3 tbl. spoons garlic powder
3 tbl. spoons ground black pepper
3 tbl spoons celerey salt
mixed together and whipped to perfection

Meatloaf.....Home sweet home

2 lb. ground beef
3 eggs
1/2 cup  ketchup
3 tbl. spoon celerey salt
3 tbl. spoon garlic powder
3 tbl. ground black pepper
1 cup Italian herb bread crumbs
mix together and bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.

Baked Rigate in Meat Sauce

1 box rigate noodles
boil in water,3 tbl. olive oil, 3 tbl. garlic, 3 tbl. pepper
1 lb. ground beef
Browned to perfection in a frying pan
12 tomatos processed through a juicer
3 tbl. spoons garlic, 3 tbl. pepper, 3  tbl. celerey salt
mix together
grease a baking pan, line pan with butter kaise and  muenster cheese,then add a layer of sauce and noddles,add a second layer of butter kaise and muenster cheese, add a second layer of sauce and noodles,add a third layer of butter kaise and muenster cheese. Then bake until cheese is melted.

Chicken Alfredo!

1lb. boneless chicken thighs/sauteed in butter,1 tbl.spoon garlic,1 tbl. spoon black pepper.
1 box penne rigate noodles/ boiled in water, 3 tbl. peanut oil, 1 tbl. spoon garlic,1 tbl. pepper
Alfredo sauce
2 Sticks of butter
1 can of grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup whole milk
1 cup coffe mate Italian Sweet Cream
2 tbl. garlic 
stir together until it reaches perfect consistence y

Amazing Seafood Gumbo

1 cup cooked shrimp
1 cup blue crab
1 cup celery
1 cup red onion
1 cup oakra
1 cup diced tomato
1cup russet potatos-julianne style
simmer shrimp and blue crab in 1 stick butter 3 tbl. spoons garlic powder
boil in water and beef broth 50/50 mix
add 2 tbl. spoons garlic powder,2 tbl. celery salt,2 tbl. spoons ground black pepper,2 tbl.spoons ground red pepper.
    Set boil in slow cooker for 5 hours,boil on a low for 2 1/2 hours.
