Finally some party food! Spinach and artichoke dip!

5oz of chopped spinach
14oz chopped artichoke hearts
1/2 cup onions
2 tablespoons garlic
2 tablespoons ground black
1/2  cup milk
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup cream cheese
add all of your ingredients into your blender,mix well,then simmer on your stove top for 10-15 minutes on a higher heat until it thickens
add cheddar cheese and black olives if you want to
