Boneless chicken thighs(dark meat chicken is always moist)
2 eggs wipped
a)seasoned with 2 tbl spoons celery salt, 2 tbl. garlic powder, 2 tbl. pepper
2 cups Italian Herb Bread crumbs
a)seasoned with 2 tbl. spoon celery salt,2 tbl. garlic powder, 2 tbl. pepper
roll the pork chop in the egg batter and then roll it again in the Italian herb mix
bake in the oven @ 350 for 20 to 30 minutes
